What You'll Do
  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments to meet patient goals
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality of care
  • Assist in program development to better serve patient and community needs
  • Respect patient privacy and adapt communication style accordingly
What You Need
  • Valid physical therapy license in Louisiana
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy
  • Proficiency with computers and web-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating schedules based on patient demand

This position involves delivering autonomous physical therapy care in a hospital-based setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, track progress, and contribute to program improvements within a reputable healthcare facility in Shreveport.
