This is demonstrated in baseline and comparative documentation, entered in a timely manner, and with evidence of age-appropriate consideration when care is planned, delivered, and evaluated.Incumbent will be utilized in different units within the MAC (Moffitt Ambulatory Clinic) to ensure quality patient care and appropriate staffing needs are met.The Professional Practice Model graphic and Duffy's caring factors are attached.Moffitt Cancer Center at International Plaza (MIP) is a 50,000-square-foot full service outpatient facility designed and equipped to provide the same level of cancer care we provide at our main hospital. Daily patient visits vary between 50 and 100 patients.Treatment services:Oncology physician office visitsInfusion servicesBlood draw area and clinical laboratoryRadiation therapyRadiology (PET, CT, MRI, Chest X-ray)Screening Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, 3D Mammography & UltrasoundsRapid Response Thyroid Cancer AssessmentOur MIP Clinic is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients seeking outpatient oncology treatment at our Breast, GI, GU, Head & Neck-Endocrine, Radiation Oncology and Supportive Care clinics.
