Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room as the primary home base unit
• Float as needed to Day Surgery, Endoscopy, PACU, and holding areas based on unit demand
• Perform perioperative nursing assessments and interventions in accordance with facility protocols
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner electronic health records system
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in West Virginia or a Compact state (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current PALS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility (candidates 75–100 miles away may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Minimum of 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from within the past 2 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Familiarity with perioperative nursing across multiple surgical subspecialties
• Experience floating to PACU, Endoscopy, or Day Surgery environments
