The Grateful Bread at 7001 35th Ave Ne Seattle WA, 98115 is looking for one full time baker to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. This position is full time, meaning 8 hour shifts 5 days a week with holidays and weekends required . The shifts you’ll be working are 10 AM – 6 PM Friday through Tuesday. Pay rate is hourly at $21-$23 depending on experience. Baking experience is preferred, however we are willing to train a passionate home baker.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Dough lamination.
• Mixing and baking off multiple types of bread.
• Mixing and baking off multiple types of pastries including muffins, scones, croissants, cookies, etc.
• Moving large mixing bowls and heavy buckets throughout your day.
• Moving 50 pound bags of flours and sugars throughout your day.

Qualifications: 

• FULL TIME, 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week.
• Lift 50 pounds repetitively throughout the day.
