Your Responsibilities

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations

* Follow up with leads to keep their interest alive and assist throughout their hiring journey

* Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful hires from your referrals
