Education Specialist (Grades 1-5, Reading & Math). Immediate Assignments

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is looking for passionate Grade 1-5 Educational Specialists to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will work one‑on‑one with students who require reading/math/executive function intervention and support. Position: Grade 1-5 Educational Therapist Locations: St‑Paul, MN; East Orange, NJ Classification: Contract (1099) The Role: Provide individualized instruction using evidence‑based instruction to support students diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, ASD, or Executive Dysfunction. Utilize our assessment tools to identify specific areas of need for each student. Develop and implement personalized learning plans that address students' unique challenges. Monitor student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed. Collaborate with parents and educators to communicate student progress and strategies for support. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their reading goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Speech Language Pathology, or a closely related discipline. Certification as a Reading Specialist or SPED Teacher.
