Weekends need strong leadership, and Avir at Paluxy is looking for the right nurse to lead the way.

We are hiring a Weekend Supervisor who can bring clinical confidence, organization, teamwork, and positive energy to our weekend shifts. This role is perfect for a nurse who knows how to keep the building running smoothly, support the team, and make sure residents receive excellent care.

We’re looking for someone who can:

Provide strong nursing leadership on weekends
Support and guide floor staff
Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and leadership
Help ensure quality care and smooth daily operations
Step in, problem-solve, and lead with professionalism
