Salary: $96,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• We need someone with prior IT experience; this is not an entry-level role.
• We require the candidate to be currently living in Southern Idaho and able to commute to Twin Falls, ID.
• We are looking for hands-on experience with inbound support call handling.
