Schultz Family Foundation seeks a Director, Opportunity Youth to lead the development, refinement and implementation of the Opportunity Youth initiatives. You will build scalable, multi‑sector strategies that unlock pathways to employment for disconnected youth and veterans and represent SFF as an external voice. You will manage a catalytic portfolio and collaborate with partners to ensure impact, equity, and measurable results while leading a small team reporting to the Executive Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr
