Bilingual Client Experience Associate

Position Only Available to Residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona. We're hiring Bilingual Client Experience Associates to join our team! A Day in the Life of a Client Experience Associate Handle a range of call types, including standard answering, Active Response (where a message pops up and you are to make an outbound call to someone), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls. Calls often come in back-to-back, and we measure performance by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time. A minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday is required for the first 8-12 weeks after training.

• You choose your own shifts each week, but choice is ranked by performance tier. Training
• 2 weeks of paid training, followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development, where you’ll take live calls with ongoing support.
• During this period, you'll need full availability for 40 hours a week and can't block off holidays or vacation time.

Excellent verbal and written communication in both English & Spanish (fluent in both languages).
