Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in New York, United States. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across a range of ages and backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and documenting progress in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support carryover of skills and optimize outcomes. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in team meetings, maintain licensure and certifications, and stay current with best practices and professional standards. Qualifications Ability to deliver comprehensive Speech Therapy services, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring. Expertise in evaluating and treating Speech and Language Disorders across pediatric and/or adult populations. Experience managing Dysphagia, including safe swallowing strategies and treatment plans where applicable. Knowledge of Communication Disorders and their impact on academic, social, and vocational functioning. Master32 degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure (New York) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility to obtain. Strong documentation, time management, and caseload organization skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
