Your responsibilities include managing daily operations to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities include: Training, supervising, managing, and developing team members to deliver a Super SONIC experience. Ensuring guest satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Helping employees understand their roles and the 'why' behind tasks. Celebrating successes and coaching for improvement. Setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback. Creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere during shifts. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
