Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Bengali)

Adult/Family Nurse PractitionerGreenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice located in Queens, New York. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in a collaborative and supportive outpatient setting.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient observations.Record and analyze patients' medical histories and symptoms.Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, and contribute to existing ones.Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests and laboratory results.Diagnose acute and chronic health issues and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.Monitor and operate medical equipment as needed.Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans accordingly.Consult with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty practice.Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in electronic medical records.
