Python Gen AI developer

Job Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, API-driven solutions leveraging modern technology stacks and Generative AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern technology stacks. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or others depending on the specialization.Develop and integrate APIs for Gen AI orchestration and data analytics workflows.Integrate popular Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, PaLM 2, Dolly, Claude 2, Cohere, etc., via API endpoints.Apply prompt engineering techniques and implement LLM agents (e.g., LangChain).Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS for advanced AI solutions.Conduct rapid experiments to evaluate new LLM versions and features.Collaborate with Gen AI leads and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.Perform basic data engineering tasks to load structured and unstructured data from source systems to target data stores.Debug and troubleshoot software or design issues effectively.Required Qualifications:Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data analytics roles.Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory), PySpark or JavaProven experience in building API-based scalable solutions.Hands-on experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools.Preferred Skills:Exposure to Gen AI platforms and advanced AI model experimentation.Strong understanding of data engineering principles.Excellent communication and project management skills.Work Experience 5-7YearsJob SummaryJob number: P-101758Profession: OtherExperience: 5-7Years
