Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including psychotherapy techniques and trauma-informed care strategies, to enhance client well-being and promote recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues. Our focus on trauma-informed care means you will be skilled in addressing the repercussions of adverse life experiences, anxiety disorders, and major depressive episodes. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their concerns and seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on therapy or counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in school-based therapy or family counseling will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth systems, as well as diagnostic tools and methodologies for assessment, is also advantageous. Ability and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing caseloads effectively will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
