This position acts as a primary liaison between our sales team, internal departments, and customers. The Customer Account Coordinator creates value by ensuring accurate orders, quality customer service, and deliveries by Georgia-Pacific. This position reports to the Cleveland Customer Service Manager.In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact between our customers, internal teams, and the sales organization, owning the order process from start to finish with precision and urgency. A strong candidate will bring a high degree of accuracy and accountability, as this position involves significant order entry and item setup responsibilities, light accounting work, and constant cross-functional communication. If you're looking for a team where your contributions are seen, supported, and impactful, this is it.Location4200 Old Tasso Rd NE, Cleveland, TN 37312This is a fully onsite role based out of our Cleveland, TN plant.ScheduleStandard business hours; 8am to 5pm EST, Monday – Friday, with overtime and weekend flexibility as needed based on customer demandsWhat You Will DoManage customer accounts like it’s your own business through proactive communication through phone and email as well as collaborate with internal teams to ensure the customers are highly satisfiedCreate and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status and other customer and production-related dataManaging the setup of orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple customer accounts ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately, approved by the customer, and properly filed within company systems.Verify and maintain accurate pricing and truckload quantity information.Coordinate shipments of products with shipping department.Coordinate with Quality Assurance to follow-up on customer feedback and identify a root cause to offer solutions to customersManage inventories for effective production review and planningAssist with accounts payable/receivable duties as needed.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) on a daily basisMaintain a consistent presence on the production floor to support operational efficiency and cross-functional communication.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environment such as corrugated manufacturing (plant or supporting roles), distribution, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, or manufacturing customer serviceDemonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities with flexibility and calm under pressureStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments and with customersHighly organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing data and account accuracyWillingness to work on-site dailyWhat Will Put You AheadStrong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheet organization)Familiarity with ERP systems such as Kiwi, Kiwi FFF, or PCSPrevious experience managing customer accounts and collaborating with sales, shipping, or productionBackground in corrugated packaging, paper manufacturing, or a related industrial B2B environmentAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
