Tradesman Summary

The Tradesman performs preventative maintenance on all equipment in accordance with codes utilizing manufacturers' technical data and acceptable methods. They work with outside contractors to assist completion of repairs, and ensure that all equipment, systems and physical plant are maintained in a safe, reliable manner.

Tradesman Requirements

Education

• High school graduate or equivalent required, with technical trade, supervisory and management courses preferred.

Experience

• Experience in maintenance and construction building trades.
• May be required to be certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

Tradesman Schedule

• May be assigned to any shift.
• May be assigned to weekend duty.
• Assists with response to calls after normal work hours.

Salary range:$23.25-$36.04 Commensurate with experience
