Insurance Claims Analyst - Part Time
Ready to put your claims expertise to work in a flexible, part-time role?
We're seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Analyst to support a busy Risk Management team during an extended employee leave. This opportunity offers meaningful work, a consistent schedule, and competitive pay.
What You'll Do- Coordinate workers' compensation and liability claims
- Partner with third-party claims administrators and audit claim activity
- Manage subrogation efforts and return-to-work processes
- Support salary continuation administration for compensable claims
- Research claim issues, prepare reports, and maintain records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve claims efficiently
- North Carolina Claims Adjuster License strongly preferred
- Experience handling workers' compensation and/or liability claims
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree and related professional experience preferred
- $33-$35/hour
- Monday-Wednesday
- 24 hours per week
- Onsite position
- Immediate opening
- Assignment is expected to be indefinite/open-ended based on business needs.
