AGS, a global gaming solutions provider, seeks an IT Support Technician III in Oklahoma City to deliver advanced technical support and own core IT processes across endpoints, IAM, and service delivery. The role supports both corporate and warehouse operations onsite.

You will mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with HR, Facilities, Security, and Warehouse Operations to ensure compliant, scalable support. This is a full-time onsite position.
