Overview Title: Desktop Support Technician Location: Pensacola, FL (100% Onsite) Duration: Initial 6-month with potential extensions Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00/hour Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Qualifications 1-5 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support role Work Independently or in a collaborative environment Customer Service Skills Hardware/Equipment Setup and Support Experience Windows 11 OS support and troubleshooting Experience Basic Networking Experience Preferred Qualifications Security + or Degree related to the IT field or equivalent related work experience Printer Server Management Experience ServiceNow Experience Office 365 and TEAMs Experience Benefits Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) retirement plan …and much more!
