RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
- Ability to identify needs and make recommendations.
- Spanish/bilingual representatives preferred, but not required.
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty License prior to starting employment.
- Must have a desire to succeed.
- A Positive, can do attitude is necessary.
- Must be comfortable on the phones making outbound sales calls.
- Competitive team players preferred.
