4M Dental Implant Center is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our premier dental implant team on a full-time basis to split between our Anaheim Hills and Newport Beach practices (2 days a week in each location). In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced clinical team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and life-changing implant dentistry. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist dentists during a variety of procedures, including implant surgeries.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures.
• Take high-quality dental radiographs (x-rays), intraoral photos, and digital scans (as applicable).
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatory areas according to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting within the dental software system.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions.
• Perform lab tasks as assigned (e.g., pouring impressions, sending out cases).
• Follow all clinical protocols, safety regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Assistant License (RDA) in the state of California, preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred; implant or surgical experience is a plus.
• CPR/BLS certification (must be current).
• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Care Stack).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume practice.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

This position will split between our Anaheim Hills and Newport Beach practices 

Starting at $26.00 an hour DOE
