Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams. Stay current on developments in corporate law and industry trends. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 1‑4 years of experience in corporate and business transactions. Exposure to transactional tax planning and securities law is a plus. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
