Case Manager - Workers' Compensation

Competitive base salary based on your experience, plus the opportunity to earn an annual bonus. Requirements: High school diploma required Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Preference: 1+ year of workers’ compensation, personal injury, or case management preferred Familiarity with the workers’ compensation process and medical records is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Understanding of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality Job Overview: We are seeking a Case Manager to support attorneys in managing workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution. In this role, you will help keep cases moving forward by organizing files, gathering and reviewing medical and employment records, and communicating with clients and insurance adjusters. This position plays a key role in supporting both attorneys and clients throughout the claims process and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing strong client support.
