Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns across L&D, antepartum, postpartum, and newborn areas. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care, administer medications, monitor fetal/maternal status, and respond to obstetric emergencies. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation. Support quality, safety, and infection control standards while thriving in a fast-paced, team-focused, patient-centered environment with opportunities for growth.
