Job Title: General Labor & Forklift Operators
Location : Hebron, KY
Shift: Multiple Shift

Job Description:
We are currently hiring General Labor and Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution facilities located in Hebron, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term employment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

General Labor

Pick, pack, sort, and label products
Load and unload materials
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Follow all workplace safety procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized

Forklift Operator

Operate Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Cherry Pickers
Move, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
Load and unload products safely and efficiently
Perform equipment inspections and follow safety guidelines
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the entire shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Forklift Experience Requirements

Most clients require at least 6 months of recent experience operating Reach Trucks and Stand-Up Forklifts.
Some client locations offer training opportunities for candidates interested in learning Cherry Picker and Reach Truck operation.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required for some assignments
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work overtime as needed
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
