Compensation Year 1 on‑target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, with additional uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on‑target earnings between $105,000 and $125,000. Responsibilities Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership‑selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments. Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management. Performing virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
