Community Associate

Location 17875 Von Karman Ave., Suite 150 & 250, 92614 Irvine Job Title Community Associate Responsibilities As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, creating and maintaining a vibrant community within the center. Your day will involve preparing the space before opening, responding to customer requests such as Wi‑Fi changes, package notifications, room directions, projector setup, and ensuring services are properly charged and invoiced. You will also coordinate networking events, create e‑invitations, print posters, and promote community membership. You will work with the Community Manager to plan and host events and maintain a cooperative, supportive environment for all members.
