Come join our growing team. We are a well known sign company in Roanoke with a relaxed environment and great culture. We are looking for a new associate to join our installation crew. As a part of our team you will assist in the manufacture and installation of a variety of signs for our customers in the Roanoke Valley. Must have construction or carpentry experience and be capable of representing our company well with our customers.

Duties:
- Assist in providing completion of signs
- Install signs at customer locations

- Work with Sales and Design department to create strategies for specific projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior construction experience required (3-5 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Tatoos or piercings must be discreet or covered
- Attention to detail and accuracy
