We’re looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our hospital. What You'll Be Doing Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answering phone calls and assisting pet owners with questions or appointment requests Scheduling appointments and managing the daily hospital schedule Checking clients in and out for appointments Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Communicating clearly with doctors, technicians, and clients Helping create a calm, welcoming environment in the lobby Supporting the veterinary team with organization and communication throughout the day This Role Might Be Perfect For You If You enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences for clients and their pets You are organized and detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things running smoothly You can multitask and stay calm during busy clinic moments You are comfortable using computers and learning new systems You communicate clearly and compassionately, especially with worried pet owners You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your coworkers You take pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment What's in it for you?
