Looking to launch a career in the trades? ProTrade is looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice ready to learn the trade from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build real, hands-on skills alongside experienced HVAC professionals.

No experience? No problem — we're looking for a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and someone who shows up ready to work every day. Some hands-on or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Assist lead installers and technicians with HVAC installation and service tasks
• Help transport, organize, and set up tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and installation specifications
• Assist with ductwork installation, piping, and basic equipment setup
• Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols
• Keep work areas clean and organized

What You Bring

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in various environmental conditions
