Inpatient Orthopedic Surgeon- Mason City, Iowa- $150,000 bonus

Position Overview BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon – Full Time Inpatient in Mason City, Iowa. Opportunity to provide advanced orthopedic surgical care within a collaborative, patient-focused hospital setting. Job Responsibilities Provide orthopedic/trauma care for acute emergencies and hospitalized patients. Perform emergency surgical intervention for complex injuries, acute musculoskeletal trauma, complex and open fractures, joint dislocations, ligament injuries, and postoperative care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in trauma rounds and care planning. Utilize DaVinci Xi robotic platform as needed; on-call and onsite schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 14 days/month, 12 hrs onsite / 12 hrs on call. Utilize onsite medical imaging, pharmacy, and EPIC EMR system. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $662,000 Extra Shift Pay (details subject to contract) Recruitment Incentive: $150,000 Relocation Assistance: up to $15,000 Continuing Medical Education: $6,000 annually Day 1 Benefits, 34 days paid time off.
