The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Tour Route Specialist is responsible for maintaining the designated shop tour route and ensuring it remains clean, presentable, and tour-ready at all times. Primary Responsibilities: Clean the shop tour route in assigned sections to maintain continuous tour readiness. Dust and wipe down guardrails and other designated surfaces. Sweep floors, corners, edges, and other hard-to-reach areas along the tour route. Clean and maintain the fitness center/gym, restrooms, showers, and common areas. Monitor assigned spaces throughout the shift and address cleaning needs as they arise. Operate a Gator safely while completing assigned duties. Follow all facility safety requirements, procedures, and required cleaning schedules. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Must be able to safely operate a Gator. Must wear facility-approved metatarsal safety footwear. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to bend, reach, sweep, dust, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Must maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness and keep assigned areas tour-ready at all times.

Job responsibilities:

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

• Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
• $17.17/Hr.
