BayCare is seeking a Medical Records Coder III Outpatient for a remote, full-time role based in Florida. The position supports multiple facilities with a typical 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, and requires residing in FL/GA/NC/SC. Responsibilities include reviewing outpatient encounters, applying ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes, collaborating with departments for missing documentation, and mentoring junior coders.
