Job Title: Interior/Exterior Painter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior/Exterior Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and surface preparation, with a strong focus on quality and safety. As an Interior/Exterior Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to buildings and structures, ensuring a professional and durable result.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and other prep work for new mobile trailers.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and quality.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.

• 3 years of experience in painting and surface preparation.
• Proficiency with Graco Sprayers and latex paint.
• Experience in residential painting and exterior painting.
• Skill in paint preparation, sanding, and mixing.
• Knowledge of industrial paint and painting techniques.

• Experience with spray guns and auto body painting.
• Familiarity with industrial painting environments.

This position offers a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity, providing stability and growth potential within the company.

The work environment is an indoor shop setting, which is non-temperature controlled.

This is a Contract position based out of Aumsville, OR.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
