You will be responsible for performing injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic procedures under the supervision of a medical director. Your expertise, attention to detail, and ability to create a positive client experience will contribute to the clinic's reputation as a leader in the aesthetics industry.Job Responsibilities:Injectable Treatments: Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables safely and effectively according to patient needs, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits.Patient Education: Educate clients on post-treatment care, expectations, and potential side effects, providing clear and supportive communication.Client Safety: Maintain strict adherence to infection control practices, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety during treatments.Record Keeping: Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.Follow-Up Care: Monitor patients' progress post-treatment, address any concerns, and offer additional guidance or treatments as necessary.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other medical professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure comprehensive care and excellent results for clients.Marketing & Promotions: Occasionally assist in promoting treatments or participating in promotional events to help grow the clinic's client base.Skills and Qualifications:Active license as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)3+ years of aesthetic injection experience preferredProven experience performing injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic services.Certification in injectable treatments (e.g., Botox and dermal filler certification) is required. Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures are a plus.In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic injectables, and client safety standards.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precise and effective treatment administration.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for providing exceptional customer service and client care
