Job Location WM Supercenter #2417 1850 Anderson Rd, Petoskey, MI 49770-8893 Job Overview Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs, move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, and maintain entertainment displays throughout the day. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers on the sales floor. Recommend merchandise based on customers’ needs. Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain displays. Stock shelves and keep aisles neat and clean. Answer questions and assist with checkout when required. Maintain accurate order fulfillment for online customer orders. Requirements Ability to walk up to 5 miles daily during order fulfillment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to work in varying weather conditions. Tech‑savvy and comfortable using point‑of‑sale systems.
