About the Role Provide Coverage at 2 Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City , a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29 Norman Regional Hospital , a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14. Robust Sub-specialty and MFM support Services include HFOV and jet ventilators Work-Life Balance Focused 24-hour shifts taken out-of-house – call is taken from home for maximum flexibility. 24/7 NNP support Work approximately 10 shifts per month Collegial, Private Practice Environment Join a tenured staff of neonatologists in our 6 physician practice Close-knit team culture: Community oriented setting with a private practice feel, yet backed by robust hospital resources. Qualifications BC/BE Neonatologist Benefits and Compensation Competitive Compensation & Incentives Starting salary range starting at $265,000 with annual salary increases. First-year guaranteed bonus paid out in monthly installments. Year-end annual bonus eligibility. Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid licensing fees.
