Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 8-Week Assignment | 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU setting within a high-acuity environment
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and operate advanced monitoring equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Practice within a Level 1 Trauma center environment, adhering to all associated protocols and standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required
• CPR certification through AHA required
• ACLS certification through AHA required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Familiarity with Medical ICU workflows and high-acuity patient populations
• Experience with complex hemodynamic monitoring and critical care interventions
