What you need to bring to the table Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required, Master\'s preferred. 5+ years of experience in structural engineering projects. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., ETABS, RAM) is a plus. Ability to draw, sketch, and detail in ways that convey design intent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively. Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
