Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nassau, responsible for overseeing all restaurant, bar, and banquet operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role manages daily F&B service, supervises team members, and coordinates menus, promotions, and special events in alignment with brand standards. The Food and Beverage Manager monitors inventory and ordering, controls costs, and manages budgets to support revenue and profitability goals. The role includes training and coaching staff, implementing service procedures, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and working closely with other hotel departments to create seamless guest experiences. The manager also handles guest feedback, resolves service issues, and contributes to continuous improvement of F&B offerings. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel environment. Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, and personalized service delivery. Experience in Training, including onboarding, coaching, and developing diverse F&B teams. Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis for food and beverage departments. Solid leadership and people management abilities, with the capacity to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in hospitality operations. Effective communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outlets or events. Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality; a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
