About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Engineering for Intelligence and Insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, and delivery of modern reporting and analytics platforms that are essential for critical business decision-making. This role involves guiding a multidisciplinary engineering organization, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring the adoption of cloud-native analytics, enterprise reporting, automation, and scalable data platforms. The VP will also be tasked with defining long-term analytics platform strategy, modernizing reporting and visualization capabilities, and establishing governance and engineering standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in building enterprise analytics solutions, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. A strong background in enterprise BI platforms, cloud platforms, data architecture, and modern software engineering is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytics governance, cloud migration, AI-assisted analytics, and enterprise reporting modernization, with a preference for those with a background in financial services. The role demands a leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of data architecture and modeling, and a proven track record in designing scalable analytics platforms.
