Experienced Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to guide teams, shape execution, and drive meaningful business outcomes. This candidate must be at least 18 years old. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building trust, setting direction, and delivering results in a dynamic environment. • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Represent the team with professionalism and help communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Weekend availability, no Sundays
• ServSafe certified (or willing to become certified)
• Ability to stay on your feet throughout a shift and lift up to 50 pounds

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
