The role demands a proven enterprise healthcare executive with a track record of leading significant transformation and complexity, and the ability to build strong executive teams while navigating highly matrixed organizations. The successful candidate will be an enterprise leader, balancing the needs of individual markets with the broader priorities of the organization, and will be expected to lead through significant change, creating alignment across diverse markets. Key responsibilities for the System Service Area President include serving as a member of the executive leadership team, championing the execution of system-wide initiatives, and driving greater integration and standardization across the organization. The role also involves providing executive oversight across various healthcare operations, establishing clear performance expectations, and ensuring consistent execution of enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience in an integrated healthcare system or similarly complex organization. They must have a proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals, in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, and strong communication and decision-making skills.
