Travel Physical Therapist

Location: West Florida

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide compassionate care and rehabilitation services to patients, enhancing their recovery and functional abilities. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans that address individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on rehabilitation services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
