Account Manager – HVAC Equipment & Supplies

Danbury, CT | $25-$35/Hour + Overtime Available | Full-Time | Direct Hire

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors, builders, and commercial customers.
Generate new business while expanding existing customer accounts.
Provide product recommendations for HVAC equipment, parts, supplies, and accessories.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Coordinate with inside sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
Stay current on new HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends.
Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, construction, industrial, or wholesale distribution sales preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, supplies, and contractor needs is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

$25-$35 per hour depending on experience.
Overtime available.
