Role Overview The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify client needs for deposits, loans, and referrals to other banking services, supporting growth and meeting sales targets. Client-Centric Financial Advice: Provide personalized financial guidance, leveraging product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Relationship Deepening: Recognize opportunities for cross-selling, making referrals to mortgage, wealth, and business banking teams, and conducting regular outreach. Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, minimize wait times, and resolve client issues promptly. Operational and Compliance Support: Assist with banking transactions, participate in meetings, support training, and ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and risk management standards. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to perform moderately complex tasks and maintain compliance with regulations This role requires a commitment to excellent client service, proactive sales efforts, and adherence to operational and regulatory standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr val's services
