Lead Java Developer

Role Overview: This role is for a Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot Microservices, focusing on development, integration, and architectural design within an AWS cloud environment. The position requires hands-on experience with containerization, messaging systems, and various database technologies, while also playing a technical lead role in coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Play a technical lead role, coordinating with other stakeholders.
- Work in a continuous delivery environment.
- Perform testing, debugging, and coordination with other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with UI and backend developers for integration.
- Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys and associate data models.
- Define multiple program strategies based on business demand and return on investment expectations.
- Partner with customer leadership on establishing effective change & communication plans.
- Enforce agile process workflow and hold individual team members accountable.
- Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions.
- Lead key Agile meetings such as Scrum workshops.
- Strong expertise with Java and Spring Boot Microservices.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot microservice development and integration.
- Experience in EKS and Docker.
- Experience in Kafka message broker and Apache Kafka framework implementation.
- Experience in AWS cloud technology, Kubernetes, ECS.
- Experience in Log4j, JUnit testing or any other unit testing framework.
- Experience in NoSQL Database like MongoDB.
- Experience in RDBMS like PostgreSQL, Aurora.
- Exposure on JIRA, GIT, JENKINS, CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience in Web Services (SOAP and REST), Micro Services.
- Strong knowledge of Architectural design and Microservice design patterns.
- Experience in Gateway integration and API platform like MuleSoft.
- Experience in API and application security like OAuth and SSO.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Experience in performance tuning.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or other related field.
- Exposure in ReactJS.
- Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios Builders, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Mobile Studio.
- Conceptual understanding to establish data models, work with APIs and configurations.
- Ability to explain Architecture and have an overall idea about the implementation.
- Impeccable communication and time management skills.
- Expertise in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
