About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and drive the operational and financial success of its veterinary hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture that supports excellent client and patient care. Applicants for the VP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operational role within a veterinary setting, with a proven track record in multi-location management. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
