Quality Inspector (GD&T)

Job Description

Day to day activities:

Following our quality control plan, inspect assemblies utilizing various mechanical tools and equipment and a range of inspection techniques
Work closely with the Product Quality team to ensure timely inspections are conducted to aid with the proper flow of parts and materials needed for production
Provide documentation and communication of in-process and final product inspection results
Perform part level inspections, as required
Provide feedback and look for opportunities for improvement in our quality control processes
Be able to adhere to and support MRB processes
Support with inline sorting associated with quality issues, as required
Help manage calibration requirements both for quality inspection area and for equipment on the manufacturing line
Maintain a clean, well organized work space in line with 5S standards
Follow health and safety requirements at all times and bring to light safety concerns as soon as they arise
Perform other related duties as requested by the Product Quality team
